Understanding of HR Business Partner Function and its implication
Exposure to performance management , through HR intervention to keep high performing workforce
Ability to develop employee engagement model
Ability to exercise high level initiative, Judgment , discretion in accomplishing the task that meets the business priorities and objectives
Ability to adopt and demonstrate teaming and leadership behavior and skills in managing crisis situation
Ability to pursue critical thinking of current HR practice/s and suggest ways to improve / streamline to bring efficiency
Strong in basic Employment /Regulatory / Statutory compliance , from a Labour Law perspective
Excellent Oral and Written Communication
Conversant with MS Office tools
