Assist in the creation of an Talent Management, organizational development strategy in alignment with strategic business goals.
Develop and deliver a variety of Talent Management, OD interventions and organizational change strategies utilizing performance consulting skills as well as external resources in support of strategic plan and key initiatives.
Design, develop and consult on critical talent cycle components such as succession planning, hi-potential programs, talent assessments, key experiences, performance management, career pathing and mapping talent strategies to business plans.
Candidate should be MBA one of the best Institute.(Top Tier 1/2/3).
Currently Handling CORPORATE OFFICE.
NOT consider manufacturing HR.
At-least 2-3years of experience in TALENT MANAGEMENT.
