1. We are looking for candidates with 13+ years of experience in a Global HR role preferably from BPOs / IT MNCs/ Captives etc.,
2. Candidates from banking industry preferred.
3. Skill required: Employee engagement, employee relation, performance management, HR business partnering, Succession planning, workforce planning and talent acquisition.
4. Works with BHR support team to ensure on time delivery of accurate dashboards to the business/function that are aligned with Group definitions (Data Dictionary).
5. Analyse and reviews business/function specific dashboards to proactively highlight and mitigate areas of concern as well as identify focus areas pertaining to key parameters such as attrition, headcount and productivity
6. Understand the operations of the business/function and builds capability by knowledge sharing of lessons learnt
7. Candidate should be open for individual contributor role.
