Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist HR Head to set up, align and implement the HR Strategy
Implement all HR policies, processes and procedures
Support HR Head in Organizational Development and managing the HR aspects of the business change
Partner with Business Heads for all HR issues
Oversee execution of HR Operational tasks (Payroll, & HR Admin)
Ensure the delivery of all aspects of HR services
Support HR Head in creating and implementing overall talent management strategy including workforce planning; recruiting; hiring; training and development; performance planning, management, and improvement; and succession planning
Support HR Head in creating comprehensive Campus recruitment strategy
Conduct Pre-placement talks and Campus Branding activities at various Institutes
Act as a Single Point of Contact for all Compensation and Benefits related activities under the supervision of HR Head participation in salary surveys, implementation of Incentive schemes, Bonus pay etc.
Ensure employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns
Ensure employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
Coordinate with external employment agencies, recruiters, and temporary staffing agencies/ Contractual Staff etc.
Implementation of performance management system Goal setting, Mid-year review, Year End review etc.
Assist HR Head in integration and standardization of HR systems and processes
HR Analytics and Periodic reporting to the Management
Maintain and update MIS reports and other relevant reports
Report any abnormalities to the HR Head/Management
