* Act as a Single Point of Contact for all Compensation and Benefits related activities under the supervision of HR Head participation in salary surveys, implementation of PMS processes. Conceptualizes the Human Resource process improvements and takes lead on bridging process gaps that are highlighted through self, internal or external audits.
* Extensive work towards training Front line managers and OD interventions to bridge gaps for better team functioning
