Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for:

-o Interactions and networking : One to one with employees to understand the trend and advise the HRBP Lead accordingly
o Orientation/On-boarding : Addressing the joiners/ ensuring the assignment of buddies
o Rewards and recognition : Ensuring the process flow is followed/ co-ordinating the Awards function/ keeping track of the cost
o Facilitate performance review : Managing FAQs/ Reports/ Adhering to timelines
o Facilitate Retention : Keeping track of the trend/ Providing early warning
o Summarizing the Performance Improvement Plans/facilitate discussions
o Exit Management : Exit interviews and summaries/ building repots on exit analysis
o Counseling : One to ones with employees with problems/issues
o Reports and statistics
o HR SPOC for team members
o Team events : Coordinating and managing the team events/managing the event calendar
o Understanding the people pulse on policies/ satisfaction levels in all areas.

Candidate should have min 5-6 Years experience in general HR functions PMS, R&R, Employee life cycle
o Good knowledge of industry HR practices
o Good communication skills
