1)Identifying training and development needs within organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources
2)Planning of learning & development activities to meet organizational needs and analyze progress against the overall talent management strategy
3)Assist business n the prioritization of Talent Management process change initiatives and/or technology investments as well as developing Strategy Maps that lay out timelines for achieving related milestones.
4)Developing & designing mentoring program
5)Develop & implement effective plans, strategies, procedures and policies and take responsibility for their ongoing monitoring to support an integrated approach to talent management.
