Frame the L & D Policy for India
To drive Basic Principles at all times
Create a process for training needs analysis, content development, post training monitoring, and training process audit.
Finalize & manage the L&D budgets with a periodic reviews

Exp in Training, Coaching, Talent management & Psychometric Profiling.
Should have worked at a senior level (like Head) in last assignment & managed a team.
Ability to develop a team of excellent Trainers
Open in traveling to all important locations
