Proven 2 experience in Global delivery of Account
Should have managed teams from client site to offshore in delivering large program with the help of team size of over 50 people.
Managing all lifecycle phases of Managed Services delivery from Initiation and Transition through long-term, steady-state Operations to Re-Transition to customer or third-party resources.
AT least 2 yrs of exp at Onsite or client location.
Good understanding of Project Financials and key levers that influence profitability.
Strong understanding of key client stakeholders/organization and the Power Map Equations.
Ability to quickly get plugged into the Account team and gain understanding of Account Plan and key client and internal stakeholders
Ability to listen to a client and arrive at a Problem Definition/Business Case
Proven experience in deal process presales, solution and contract process.
Experience in Contract/Commercial Management. Ability to engage with Contract Management/Legal teams as appropriate Escalation Management
Front ending and qualifying new opportunities. Be on the constant lookout for Up Selling/Cross Selling other offerings
Well versed with the industry dynamics and knowledgeable about emerging trends.
