Coordination with Hyderabad Data Centre, MILES / Qualtech / Puratech / CRM teams + Hardware procurement & maintenance vendors.
EOD/EOM management for all systems.
Coordination on all BRD / FSD related documents & processes across all products / systems.
CRs related documents across all products / systems.
UAT testing, completion & signoffs across all products / systems.
New systems conceptualization & planning (POC / BRDs / FSDs / Development & Coding / Customizations / UAT testing) & production implementation such as for Mobile Applications for both Sales & Collections, CRM platforms, Business Intelligence (BI), CRM Next, Financial Accounting Application, HR Systems etc.
Production Releases / Patches / Data Fixes / Database Migration etc.
Systems Reviews & Audits with KPMG, RBI, GT, CAD etc.
Compilation & sign off of IT SOPs.
WAS / SQL Queries.
System MISs & Reports / Recon from a financial perspective with Fincon team.
Escalation Management as per stipulated TATs.
Trouble shooting all production issues for branches & users.
B) Key activities for Application Management -
Gather and validate inputs from the business regarding functional, non-functional and capacity requirements.
Creating the Requirement document (BRD) with the help of business. This document would clearly mark the expectation of business from the product. This document would be created with the help of designated business people from their respective key areas.
Maintaining dates and deadlines.
Compiling the FSD & finalizing the same with users.
System development wherever possible.
Involving the user for UAT and taking all the relevant signoff etc.
Taking the end to end ownership till the enhancement would be there on production.
Functional and UI Systems Testing
Preparation and Execution of Test Cases.
Conducting UAT, compiling Incident Logs with their corresponding resolutions and getting user sign-off.
Bug Fixes and Regression Testing.
Configuration and Masters Set up Converting Business Policies into system masters maintenance.
Single point of contact for all user queries, support and issues including L1 and L2 level support.
Coordination with offshore team in case of L3 level support.
Taking care of adhoc MIS and reporting requirement for various departments.
WAS & SQL Queries for various functions.
Schemes Master Maintenance for all products.
User Training and handholding.
Product installation and deployment on UAT and Production server.
Deployment of releases on UAT and Production server.
Running EOD and EOM processes on Production Server / Date change on the system.
Installation and configuration of product database on UAT and Production server.
Coordination with Karvy Hyderabad Group IT / Data Center team.
SPOC for all Application Infrastructure related issues.
Log maintenance of system downtime.
C) Key activities of Hardware & IT Infrastructure -
Management of the following areas
o LAN / WAN / Network monitoring.
o Hardware Inventory.
o Servers & Server Room.
o Data Center.
o Hardware Procurement.
o Servicing & Repairs.
o AMCs & Preventive Maintenance.
o Processing all Tech Requests.
Managing, ensuring & implementing Information & Data Security on an end to end basis across the organization across all Users / System Applications / E-Scan Infosec Software & the IT Infra Network / Data Centre etc.
Support for Software & Licenses maintenance / upgradation for Windows / WAS / LLM / MILES / eCBF / CRM / SQL / Microsoft Licenses / Application & Database Servers / E-Scan etc.
o Daily back up of LAS Folder.
o Trouble shooting all system / network link outages & hardware failures such as switches / routers etc.
o Coordination with Hyderabad Group IT team & all Branches.
o SPOC for all IT & Hardware Infrastructure related issues.
