Business development on all product groups on All India basis
Build a strong dedicated team for lubes on national basis
Training on all aspects of lubes to existing team
Develop exclusive network of channel partners on national basis.
Assist MD on strategic tie-ups with foreign companies
Work towards brand establishment, new product launch & market penetration
Take full P/L responsibility for Lube division
Effective co-ordination among manufacturing unit, sales team, end-customers & distributors on national basis.
Designing of marketing & sales strategies for lubes on national basis.
Ensure high profitability for lubes.
Initiate new product development.
Conduction of trials for Metal working fluids & ensuring cost-benefit to the end consumers.
Person must have experience into Lubricant Retail Sales at PAN India level
