Continuously Interlocking among regions (client stake holders, regional managers) and operation's stakeholders to seek process improvement

Understanding of ATS
Experience of mapping and re-engineering recruitment processes
Minimum 12 years- experience in Human Resources domain of which 8 years should be in leading recruitment projects.
Experience in Service Delivery in the Engineering domain is a must with ability and experience of handling million dollar revenue projects a year.
Prior Experience of hiring for Energy & Utility or Automation & Control Solutions domain
Have handled minimum 1500 lateral hires in a year
Have managed large team (including managers)
Prior experience of managing senior level stakeholders (Business Vertical/ Unit leaders or CXOs)
Should understand revenue/productivity numbers
Able to think creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.
Strong marketing and business acumen and good project management skills to grow recruitment business for various industries.
Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines.
Possesses strong interpersonal, communication and Team Management skills
Strong Operations and Project Management Skills.
