Drive continuous improvement program across processes. Analysis of utilization, efficiency & available data for the process. Undertake detailed process improvement studies & up skills the team members. Mentor GB/YB projects.
Graduate with Min. 12+ Yrs of Exp in Demonstrating success in Transactional Quality, Exposure to different improvement frameworks like 6 sigma, lean. Thorough knowledge of MS office tools & awareness of BI tools such as SAS, SPSS, project, excel Etc.
