Operational Responsibilities:

The Service Delivery lead should be able to guide the team and provide support when required on the below detailed activities.

Transaction Processing
Vendor Creation
Catalogue Management
Supplier On boarding
Tactical Buy
Statement of Work
Sourcing - Request for Information, Request for proposal, Request for Quote
Statement of Work
Contract Lifecycle Management
Supplier Risk management
Contract Redlining & due-diligence
Vendor & Employee helpdesk
Change / Routing desk
Financial & Metric Analysis

Technical Skills

Mandatory (Must have skills)

Experience in having led teams of Supplier Management professionals
Experience in Supplier performance management with a banking organization (preferred)
Experience in leading negotiations with Vendors
Experience of Drafting contracts (Legal expertise not mandatory)
Experience in resolving vendor related issues e.g. Invoicing issues
Expert level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on analytical skills in Excel)
Knowledge of end to end procurement process Aptitudes
Client management skills. Experience in having managed operational issues. Experience in resolving and escalating from client. Identifying risks and apply appropriate mitigating actions to increase clientn satisfaction Supplier Management Should have had Supplier Management experience. Ability to drive supplier
Experience in negotiating with Suppliers and resolving any issues

Experience in tracking supplier performance and implementing remedial action plans

Deep understanding of Office equipments

Procurement knowledgeable in procurement terminology and methodology Proactive and team player Relationship management

Strong Verbal and written communication
