Job Description

Drive actions to improve transactional Quality (agent level accuracy scores) for all aspects of (RCM-AR/ Billing/ PP). Work with Operation. & training to lead comprehensive action plans. Lead Qlty reviews with all stakeholders such as Operations, clients, Sr. management
Exp. of 15+Yrs in a leadership transactional quality/ operations/ training role for last 2-3years in RCM (can be payer/provider)/BPO industry. Should be certified MBB & six sigma trained/certified. Lead a team of Quality Professionals.
