Objective: This Role has been created to plan, acquire, execute and achieve business goals in the assigned business area of CIS/Russia, within the departmental guidelines, with the objective of achieving customer delight at a profit & business expansion. in API/Intermediate Bulk Drug/CRAMS sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Business development/sales of API products across the cis/russian markets.
* Business acquisition /product launches.
* Managing order execution.
* Customer relationship management.
* Participating in various Pharma exhibition and seminars.
* Business planning & review (market assessment/ projection/competitor analysis/ budgeting etc..).
* Strict adherence to statutory requirements

Candidate Profile:

* B.Sc. Chemistry with an MBA Marketing from a good institute.
* MUST have versatile experience of minimum 14 years having worked extensively in CIS/Russian markets.
* Must have good understanding and topographical as well as Pharma API trade knowledge in the Russia/CIS markets.
* MUST BE BELOW 45 years of AGE.
* MUST be currently heading sales & marketing function, in the markets of CIS/Russia for one of the reputed pharmaceutical companies in API.
