Source of hires: Experienced sales profession total 10 Years experience out of which at least 3-5 years in Industrial/B2B sales.
Proposed salary: Rs 12-15 lacs per annum. A bonus component of 15% subject to meeting minimum performance standards
Location: Indore/Delhi NCR
-Should be able to drive Sales team of 20 persons with scientific tools. (This experience & Performance is Must)
-Lead and support a Sales team which include fresh premier institute MBAs stationed over several locations all over India.
-Use coaching leadership and other performance management tools to drive superior team performance.
- Team should deliver at least 10MW or more in sales target in the year.
-Willingness to travel & ability to close the deals.
-Manage tight sales budget with strict monitoring.
