- Conceptualising & implementing plans in tune with business plans / projects.
- Conducting Business Strategy Planning & Analysis for assessment of revenue potential & opportunities so as to tap new business sources to achieve planned targets.
- Heading operations with a view to achieve business objectives and ensure top line and bottom line profitability.
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients; generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- Analysing marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Conceptualising & implementing services plans / policies for the organisation, ensuring accomplishment of business goals.
- Enabling business growth by developing and managing a team of executives across assigned territories for deeper market penetration & reach
- Interacting with customers for solving their problems.
- Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximise customer satisfaction levels.
- Taking escalations for resolving critical issues;
- Ensuring continuous interaction with the customer to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing them with pre/post assistance and achieving delivery and quality service norms
Experience : 10-20 years
Relevant Experience : Min 5 Years Relevant Experience with Real Estate E commerce organizations
Education : Any Graduate
