Job Description

- Handling NRI customer base of the branch, servicing the existing relationship and acquiring new clients.

- Cross selling other products like investment, loans etc. to NRI clients .

- Increasing balances by deepening existing relationship.

- Supporting the RMs, AQMs and branch staff for query resolution and customer service issues.

- Responsible for new NRI customer acquisitions through branches, direct team and corporate tie ups.

- Achieving revenue targets of the region through sale of wealth products.

- Ensuring end-to-end management of investments of NRI's and ensuring effective handling of NRI client's query.

- Increasing the total Assets under Advice including Investment AUM, Saving Balance and Fixed Deposits.

- Maintaining and developing relationships by providing quality service and ensuring client satisfaction.

-Participating actively in branch sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets
