The role is primarily a BTL profile, however would account for Head the function of Marketing (Branding, Events, PR & Communication, Digital Marketing)
- Building Brand Awareness, Experience and Equity- Identifying different opportunities for Building brand by associating with right Forums and Media- Both at the level of Customer and Business Partners.
- Digital Marketing: Have strong focus on digital marketing to define and reach out to targeted segment.
- Market Research: Conduct Market research, In House as well as in association with marketing firms. Utilize available material, Online and offline, to get relevant data to provide Market insights and direction in targeting customers in Domestic as well as International Market.
- Innovative Marketing: Cost effective and innovative Marketing tools and approach to provide solutions and insights.
- Preparing business cases: For new and existing products for the company and business partners.
- Responsible for BTL & ATL activities.
- Preparing Long Range Business Plan and Launches: Preparing Long range Product plan and launch winning products Communication.
External Communications : - Handle the media: Partner with and address media on various queries/issues Periodically and on urgency.
- Developing communication strategies & key messages for the company, press conferences/press meets, conducting media training workshops.
- Providing direction to agencies, planning the course of PR activities
- Coordinating with officials / senior spokespersons
- Crisis Management
- Social Media Generating buzz in New Media (such as social network sites, portals, blogs etc.) through timely and proper communication.
Internal Communication :
- Organizational Communication, Core communications, Vendor Management.
