Business Development and Marketing:
Increase companys involvement with existing clients
Develop and deliver the business plans thru carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
Serve as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects
Develop and maintain client communication tools such as corporate website
Proactively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Companys products and services.
Develop multi tier relationships to organically grow the clients accounts
Develop the corporate brand strategy
Develop and manage marketing tools for existing and new clients
Implement business models so as to create new ventures
Hands on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programs.
Dynamic updates on Competitor information / Market share.
Hunger for new business
Knowledge in product development and PLM (Product Life Cycle Management)
Excellent negotiation skills
Proactive self starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills

High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers thru to decision makers
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Engineering Graduate / Any Graduate with an MBA from a recognized Institute.
15 20 yrs experience in an Industry with at least 5 yrs in a senior leadership position with Business Development/Profit Center as the primary role
Demonstrated capability in Business Development / Marketing
Exposure to Automotive Industry would be desirable though not essential.
International Marketing and Overseas Contacts for Business Development very desirable.
Should be a good communicator.
Should have fluency in Hindi & English.
