Profile/Role Description:

It operates as a strategic business unit workign in partnership with It's industry groups to qualify, propose and close a pipeline of business based on our Digital offers.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively participate to originate, shape and sell digital opportunities with our clients working with OG
Help develop the sales strategy for client accounts along with the client teams
Be able to articulately present digital concepts to senior management
Take responsibility for owning and delivering a specific sales target for a set of clients
Support the delivery of client work
Develop the business case for Digital opportunities
Work with clients and client teams to successfully grow our Digital footprint in key accounts

Basic Qualifications:
BQ's should be listed with years required for each skill noted. BQ's are required skills that must be found on the resume to consider the candidate

1. Minimum 5 years of business development or Sales support especially in the Health & Public Service OR Products sector
2. Minimum 5 years of digital experience covering one or more of: Analtyics, Bigdata, digital commerce, digital strategy, digial marketing, content services, mobile applications,
3. Consulting services experience or experience of selling in a consultative environment
4. Bachelor's Degree though Preferrably Masters Degree

Preferred Skills:

1. Good listening skills, ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues
2. Experience in structuring and developing compelling proposals
3. Ability to negotiate and shape a deal includig understading pricing and risk

Professional Skill Requirements:

1. Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
2. Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
3. Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
