JOB DESCRIPTION :
Drafting various agreements as per guidelines of the company
To prepare checklist of obligations as per agreements and obtain feedback / confirmation on compliance
Drafting the skill of purchase of Property
Documents management system
To ensure early notification of renewals & co-ordinate with concerned departments
Liaisoing with divisions - Audit of Agreements generating gap report
Formulations of processes for regulations of requests for contracts
Conducting preliminary due diligence on acquisition transactions
Checking of minimum Requisite documents received for contract drafting
To manage and be the custodian of executed agreements
Leasing of property including licensing agreements and knowledge of stamp duty in various states.
Working knowledge of drafting contracts related to business leasing, land purchasing, service provider.
Negotiating skill for discussion with external agencies with respect to contracts.
Awareness of applicable laws and relevance of the same.
Liasioning with internal customers
