Role: Software Operations Lead
Responsible for leading the Organization's Software Ops team in support of a Software Business.
Accountable for all Operational work related in Business/Products delivery at any location or region.
Responsible to drive standard delivery activities, implement appropriate processes/tools to drive workday efficiencies, and meet Business's Service operational and financial commitments. On point to manage recruiting, staffing, pyramid, mix, utilization, cost-to-serve and capacity of service delivery staff to achieve right balance between cost and growth targets.
1 .Empower resources who commits to Operations Team to work and agrees on deliverables, budget, schedule, dependencies, service levels, other required operating metrics and scope -
2. Should have very strong program and project management experience.
3.Should have managed large multi-site development projects in product domain.
4.Should have excellent communication skills and should be able to articulate and connect with delivery team and with sr leadership.
5.Should have ability to mentor and guide delivery teams on process and quality excellence.
6.Should be able to identify delivery and program issues and Risks and resolve them without impacting commitments.
7.Should have 15+ years of experience in IT and about 5+ years in delivery operations, program and project management.
8.Identify and manage issues and risks and act as an escalation point within the team
Good to have:
Senior Manager having working experience in Product Support / Product Operational environment.
