Job Description

Responsible for co-owning & executing Leadership Development and Organization Effectiveness initiatives for the organization. Works closely with the HR business partners on team effectiveness, change management, cultural change and other Organizational initiatives.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and manage end to end training needs through the life cycle of an employee
Create a structure for training execution for New Hire training, On floor training interventions, Knowledge Management and Bottom quartile Management
Support Operations team along with quality in identifying process improvements
Partner with HR business partners and Operations to identify team / organization level learning and development needs in alignment with business needs and talent development.
Lead & support the organization development and design projects on short term and long term basis.
Support the career planning program to ensure continuity of talent within the organization.
Develop and build leadership capabilities via management & leadership development programs including executive coaching strategy and roll out learning solutions.
Initiate and help develop the learning system and processes.
Conceptualize & develop learning and development initiatives for improving productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
Preparation and development of metrics.
Evolve and roll out learning curve approach for new hires.
Create and deploy a mechanism to gather feedback and measuring the performance impact of the learning solution.
Develop and deploy a strong model to measure and improve training needs.
Build and manage the network of local vendors.
Coaching and advising business leaders and people managers as the need arises.
