Key Result Areas/Accountabilities and Supporting Actions:
To drive employee engagement initiatives & programs
Administer the Employee Engagement Survey in Circle.
Lead the implementation of identified OHS Action Points at circle level to improve Circle Employee Engagement.
Ensure smooth management various HR Operations & Processes Ensure smooth running of PMS - Mid year/ annual process & Increment communication/Processing is done as per SLA & Corporate timelines.
Ensure goal setting, R&R programs, attendance, exit processes are done as per timelines & without any error
Ensure Probation confirmation, payroll, Poornata, EAP programs, policies, are executed within timelines & SLAs
Ensure the rollout of Talent Management program as per Corporate guidelines Rolling out Talent Management Programs as indicated by Corporate, IDP plan formulation, gauging career plan to manage talent at Circle level & also reviewing career plan of employees across functions
Attrition Management - Initiate retention strategies to control attrition at circle level. To initiate actions to contain overall voluntary attrition & top performers attrition.
Desired Profile Female candidates prefered.The candidate should have a good experience in handling the HR vertical for a reputed company.Should possess a pleasing personality,excellent communication skills and should be from a Premier B-School/Institute.The candidate should not be more than 36 years of age.
