Develop, establish and implement Administration strategies
Facility forecasting, budgeting, planning, project management and raising of new and existing facilities
Facility maintenance, Asset management and operations management including space management
Procurement and purchasing function - asset acquisition and disposal
Logistics and commercials management
Handling all statutory compliances- lease deeds, security, office regulations and man management
Drive all general administration, employee health and safety; environmental concerns
Handle legal including code of ethics, integrity, business conduct, statutory compliance, intellectual property protection
10+ years of experience into Administrative , Facility & Logistics management
Proven Leadership skills with capability to lead change in a highly matrixed organization with multiple sites and markets.
Exposure to managing facilities spread over more than 2000 employees.
Experience in leading team spread across multiple locations
Multiple Locations, Multiple Customers, Multiple Geographies to lead
Able to travel 20% of time
Should have good mathematical/computational skills
Ability to motivate and inspire teams
