Competency framework design and Functional Skills modeling, Strategic Talent and Capability Building interventions.
Potential Assessment and Development Centre designing & implementation.
Succession Planning process design & implementation.
Adapt in building and maintaining relations and to closely work with key internal & external stakeholders.
Must be a full time MBA from a Premiere Institute with atleast 7 10 yrs experience.
