Job Description

Reporting to: National Sales Head

Job Description:

EA- Head Accounts - Will drive the sales for Magicbricks for a set of 200 top MB clients located in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Pune.
Team size of around 20 to 25 members spread over locations.
To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications.

To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.

Interact regularly with Team & ensure performance.

Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.


Exposure in Corporate sales.
Demonstrable work experience and success credentials.
Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.
Outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills are required.
Traveling of around 15 to 20 days in a month.
