-Should have very good experience in Business Strategy, Business Development, Sales and Marketing.
-Minimum of 7 years experience in medical device manufacturing organizations.

This position will be responsible for all aspects of managing and motivating the Business Development Team. This position will also ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
The Individual would be responsible for the following:
-Contribute to the development and refinement of Company's vision and strategy
-Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and shareholder returns
-Develop, review, and report on the business development divisions strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team
-Develop strategic marketing plans for a product or product line through market research, market intelligence, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning.
-Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results
-Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities
-Have hands on experience in Sales & Marketing a wide range of -Products and achieving business targets.
-Possess excellent communication, relationship management & team building skills with dexterity in managing sales teams.
-Build New Business Strategy (Segmentation, Target, Hiring team & driving Sales).
-Develop and implement marketing strategy and integrated communication plan with effective utilization of annual marketing budget.
-Product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
-Develop and drive competitive marketing campaigns to ensure healthcare market share and profitability.
-Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements & ensuring brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares.
-Implement Marketing strategies for a product or product line through market research, market intelligence, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning.
-Forecast as per market trends and help drive opportunities for product lines.
-Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features.
-Identifying and implementing strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation.
-Plan and execute marketing programs, advertising campaigns and promotion programs in line with the compliance policy.
