The position heads the Business Excellence, Operations Management and Business Process Engineering at Jubilant Life Sciences across 5 Plants in India
Execution of Strategic and operational transformation projects.
Operations and Supply Chain Management.
Strategy deployment framework and execution of a number of Strategic initiatives, including Mergers and Acquisitions.
Organization wide Business Process Re-engineering through Lean, Six Sigma and Operations Research Modelling resulting in significant Process Cycle Efficiency enhancement.
Supply Chain Strategy creation for profitable growth by creating Optimizing Planning, Manufacturing & Distribution while minimizing capex & opex.
Establish Product Life Cycle management for New Product development - stage gate approach , Time and cost control & reliability improvement
Qualifications & Experience :-
Engineering graduate with 15-18+ years within Manufacturing and /or consulting coupled with Master Black Belt certification.
Excellent communication skills with proven track record in global operations, Strategy and Business Excellence
Proficient with Lean Six Sigma rigor and Operational Excellence Methodologies.
Strong exposure on Business strategy and transformation, Balanced Scorecard, Business Excellence framework, Lean Six Sigma and IFSS (Innovations for Six Sigma), Business Process Re-engineering and BPMS - Business Process Management system
Rich experience on Supply Chain Re-engineering and Project Management.
Has good experience in providing leadership in setting up a vision, driving results, building teams and bring in required cost efficiencies
Has proven experience in change management towards establishing a performance oriented work culture, standardisation of processes with best practices, established high quality and compliance standards in this business
Has the experience in handling a matrix organization
A strategic thinker and a result-driven doer, has the ability to understand business needs, provide strategic support, find the solutions and put good ideas into action.
Ability to work in a matrix organization.
