Responsible for anchoring all PMS & Employee Communications initiatives.
Training & developmental activities of staff
Handling CSR activity.
Employee Welfare & Engagement activities.
Employee counseling & Grievance handling.
Well conversant with Labour Laws & other legal matters pertaining to our business requirements.
To ensure timely statutory compliance's under the Labour Laws.
Liasoning with Government Officials from time to time. Visiting Labour Offices / Factories Inspector Premises / Other Government Offices and maintaining cordial relations.
Maintain all records / registers in terms of HR / labour related statute requirements.
