The HR Manager would be responsible for personnel, industrial relations and administration function for the plant, responsible for maintaining peaceful and harmonious industrial climate in the organization to achieve its set targets.
To improve work culture and discipline in the organization.
To prepare strategic plans of industrial relation in line with the business plan of the organization.
Involvement in various negotiations with trade unions like settlement of incentive systems, honorarium, etc. Liaison with Govt. agencies like labour department, provident fund, ESI, etc.
Employee welfare scheme design and administration in the plant.
Overall improvement in employee communication.
Tasks and Duties
Overseeing statutory compliance and liaison with external agencies.
Co-ordinating and conducting training interventions for operational excellence and efficiency.
Development, management and supervision of Human Resources policies and procedures.
Facilitating the new Employee Orientation process.
Managing Employees appraisal and evaluation.
Evaluation, coaching and mentoring the job holder competencies, requisite to the improved processes, policies and procedures.
Skill Sets Required
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to prepare and present concise reports.
The ability to work under pressure and adhere strictly to deadlines.
Ability to think creatively and respond positively in a constantly changing environment.
Excellent inter-personal skills
