We are looking at MBAs from Top Management Institutes with minimum experience of 4 years and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have worked with SME's and Multinationals
Will be managing business development of fund-raising as a solution to new clients and our existing clients
The ideal candidate will be able to understand the specific business needs of our clients and suggest solutions that can offer based on specific circumstances of the client.
By the nature of the role, the candidate will be required to have a pleasing personality, needs to carry 'weight', be able to inspire trust and confidence and needs to have excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Candidate will have an independent sales target which will be agreed within 4 weeks from the date of joining.
Should be able to identify and make deals
Should be able to engage with business heads, CEO's and PE funds
Should have worked directly or indirectly with fund-raising
