This is a senior management role to Head the entire gamut of sales and marketing for the Primary Care Business wherein the incumbent with his experience and expertise is expected to be instrumental in aggressively growing the top line to almost quadruple the revenues within next three years.
The thrust areas of this role would be developing and driving growth for each of the products, consolidating the base, Launching new products to increase market share and profitability.
Should be the marketing brain for the organization.
He should assess the brand performance, design marketing mix for continuous growth.
Should closely track market trends across divisions and help achieve impact in top-line and profitability.
Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Identify opportunities of alliances influencing, co marketing.
Lead a large team force and motivate them to continuously deliver to the best of their abilities.
Driving sales team to continuously enlarge customer base to achieve sales objectives.
Ensure the team acquires competitive edge and remains contemporary in knowledge and negotiation / selling skills resulting in individual and organization growth.
