Job Description

Role:

Growth Strategy - Plan and build a detailed strategy for enrolment of Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, EMTs and Health workers globally on the mobile App platform, starting with SF, NY, England, Dubai, State of Punjab and Mumbai.
First Responder Management - Ensure long term and profitable relationships with responders registered on the platform.
Building a Brand of the mobile App - Retain the mobile platform as the preferred choice amongst the medical community by ensuring a win-win for every stakeholder. Identify newer and innovative ways to engage responder continuously.
Competitive Understanding Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape of the city. Seize opportunities to adapt pricing, talent and business model.
Forecasting Manage and own metrics that objectively monitor the first responder enrolment on the platform.
Cross-functional Approach - Directly coordinate with all support functions including product, marketing and analytics.

Other Skills:

Should have strong sales and business development experience.
Aptitude with strong analytical skills is essential.
Should be able to think unconventionally, outside of the regular.
Execution oriented - getting things done on ground.
Has a go-getter attitude.
Passionate and owns up pro actively.
Managed a closely knit community of influencers (eg. Doctors / Nurses/ Hospitals etc.)
Has effectively managed a large team in the past and is objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring.
Experience in sales or business development in the pharma/medical industry
Prior experience managing cross-functional teams.
Successfully executed business development opportunities and negotiated partnerships.
Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage.
