Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Plan :
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan
- Identifying & Analysing new Market Segments & new channels.
- To effectively penetrate the market in line with the business expansion plan & formulating strategies at the national and regional level.
- To drive the initiatives for prospective corporate clients and come up with latest retention strategy.
- Support and facilitate development and implementation.
- Translating business unit objectives and strategies to develop brand portfolio objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate business unit growth.
- Develops marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment policy, nature of market, copyright and royalty requirements, and cost and mark-up factors.
- Conceptualize and implement ATL and BTL activities.
- Responsible for working with the PR and Ad agency to oversee PR, branding and communication.
- Design, implement, and facilitate digital marketing initiatives.
- Plan and administer the Business Units Marketing Operations budget.
- Preparing monthly targets and allocating the same to the regions and clinics.
- Support development of regional marketing budgets.
Manage Marketing Suppliers:
- Negotiates with media agents to secure agreements for translation of materials into other media.
- Edits materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
- Develop promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies.
Manage marketing Department:
- Supervise Marketing Assistants, Client Services Administrator, Communications Manager, Practice Development Manager and Regional Marketing Manager(s).
- Make staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department.
- Build and develop a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient.
- Manage day to day activity with PR, press and marketing communications agencies.Oversee corporate communications activities
- To take care of all the publishing material of the clinics namely information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof reading etc.
