Job Description

Position Summary:

End to end responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Customer Services for High end Super Luxury Residential properties in Gurgaon .

Job Requirements:

Education: BA/B.Com, MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Marketing


* Experience: 15 to 20 years in Sales & Marketing
* Relevant experience in selling of High value products to HNIs / UHNIs.

Age : Below 50 Years

Job Responsibilities:

* Preparing Sales plan and Sales targets for the team, monitoring and ensuring achievement of Sales targets.
* Leading the Sales team for closing sales through the existing clientele, channel partners and walk-in customers.
* Monitoring sales leads through queries received on website, customer referrals etc. and converting leads into sales.
* Interfacing with channel partners / IPCs on a regular basis, updating them on the stock availability of new / existing projects, price revision etc
* Coordinating with planning department for layout plans.
* Guiding team members and ensuring timely closure of deals.
* Coordinating with the Marketing communications team for outdoor advertising, designing and printing of Brochures.
* Interfacing with Channel Partners / financial institutions for organizing road shows and other sales promotional activities.
* Coordinating with financial institutions in facilitating loans for the customers.
* Leading and guiding the customer services team to ensure timely and proper customers` grievance redressal.
* Competition analysis including tracking of new launches by the competitors on a regular basis and workout appropriate strategies to tackle competition.
* Working closely with the sale team, monitoring their progress and helping them in meeting their targets.
* Training and development of the Sales team to facilitate their professional development.
