Job Description

* 12-15 years of overall IT experience

Sales Transformation
* Sales Performance Management
o Track, measure and monitor health and performance of SBU through metrics like Revenue, Order Book, Pipeline and Sales activities
o Define, measure and improve productivity and effectiveness of field sales team
* Sales Strategy formulation
o Scan and size market, identify white spaces and define account real estate to go after in chosen markets/verticals
o Generate insights into Competitor capabilities and strategy
* Sales Process Excellence
o Program manage adoption of proprietary tools, techniques and methodologies of 3rd party Transformation partner Revenue Storm,
o Own internal sales reviews and compliance processes
* Sales Enablement
o Identify areas of improvement in Sales competencies and plan/organize custom training Showcase Industry / Services capabilities through Briefings, Solutions Launch Campaigns, Research surveys, Leadership connects etc
* Demonstrate Thought Leadership through active contributions to Industry forums/Associations
* Engage in Brand building activities by participating in Events & Seminars
