The incumbent should have experience in selling outsourcing / offshoring mobile application development solutions to US Clients. Someone who already has relationships and who can bring these relationships quickly to the company will be ideal.
He/She will be responsible for -
Selling consultative solution-sales and achieving quarterly and annual sales goals.
Identifying potential new customers and prospective contacts at the C-level
Proactively work with Marketing to target and pursue new accounts and reignite relationships with dormant accounts and individuals.
Display considerable ability to sell solutions as opposed to products.
Exposure to retail industry - especially in areas such as fashion garments, life cycle products and the like.
Preparation of solution proposals directed for each prospect based on recognized needs, available data, business issues and opportunities.
Developing approaches to expand and enhance product and service offerings to meet client needs and fill gaps.
Desired Skills and Experience -
5+ years sales experience, with an established track record of customer acquisition starting at ground zero selling product / consultancy based solutions and achieving quarterly and annual sales goals.
Demonstrated ability to develop contacts at the C-level and maintain long-term relationships.
Good understanding of US working and culture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and follow-up skills.
Ability and willingness to travel.
BA / BS degree, MBA is an advantage.
Experience of building a business from prospecting to closing the business to growing the account relationship
