Job Description

- The ideal candidate should be a MBA - Marketing/ Finance with at least 12 yrs of experience in Capital Markets, based in Chennai with extensive understanding of the Chennai market.

- The position would be reporting to the Regional Head of South and the person would be having a team reporting to him.

- The person would be responsible for driving the Sales, Business Development and Relationship Management division to maintain existing relationships with the Clients and also expand the client base.

- The individual along with his team would meet prescribed number of representatives/authorized personnel of member organizations each day to ensure sales targets are met and/ or relationships are maintained.

- Responsible for acquisition of new clients and Business Development, cross sell to existing clients.

- The division would support the Clients for handling all Customer queries, and Client Training.

- Provide necessary assistance to clients as per defined process and checklist.

- Liaise with internal departments to provide responses to client queries enhance customer experience and work towards addressing existing as well as upcoming bottlenecks to enhance customer satisfaction.
