Job Description

Head Dealer Sales will be responsible for driving the P&L for entire set of business lines by building and leading teams in all regions. Responsible for implementing SOPs, meeting overall sales targets through the direct sales channel.
Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for the entire country working closely with the respective Zonal Leads
Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive P&L across all used cars product solutions
Responsible for dealer signs up as per the defined targets
Goal setting for various regions
Responsible for maintaining the dealer network and resolve escalations if any
Responsible for collections from all regions
Responsible for upsell/cross sell of various other products in the portals portfolio
Responsible for retention of dealers across the country
Market related understanding and feedback specific to all the regions
Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions
