Male, 35-45 years

Educational qualifications BE / B Tech, PGDM / MBA Premier / Non-premier Institute(s) Either Reporting to Business Head

Preferred background/experience

Must have:

Experience in concept marketing in existing and new markets

Ability to develop business from scratch, based on RoI analysis 12-15 years of business development, marketing and sales experience in professionally-managed manufacturing organization

Experience in working closely with Government policy making bodies in education, building, hospitality and other sectors

Experience in channel partner development (preferable)

Exposure to community development, rural markets preferred


Exposure to (renewable) energy and thermal field preferred Key responsibilities / Key Result Areas Provide leadership in business development and marketing activities

Ensure business sustainability and meet profitability targets

BD: study applications in different sectors, develop total solutions with cost-benefit analysis

Marketing: develop and execute a coherent marketing, promotion, community connect and distribution plan

Team Management: Set direction, align and motivate team members; monitor performance against objectives, review performance and plan compensation Develop the team (development/training plans, organizational talent review, coaching or mentoring, as appropriate).

Data Management: Collect and maintain proper documentation

Support: Work closely with other function teams to create robust operations Be responsible for BD, Marketing and Sales budget

Skills required :

Value analysis (payback, RoI)

Prepare presentations and marketing collateral's

Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
Strong conceptual thinking ability and ability to convince people with logical disposition
