Head a strong team of Relationship Managers

Managing Relationship Banking with Balance Sheet Size of INR 300 Crs.

Accountable for the liabilities books, Assets sales, Insurance sales, overall branch profitability.

Generating Revenue for the bank by Cross-selling of Investment products like, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Gold Bars, Credit Card, Loan against Securities, Loan against Property, Home Loan, Personal Loan & Forex.

Responsible for delivering HNI Sales numbers and profitability through effective Team

Planning, designing and implementing all the Marketing, Sales and Customers related activities for the Branch.

To groom, develop & project the Relationship Managers for future roles, also provide them with opportunity to take on additional responsibility consistently

Achieve complete information about client's investment goals and objectives and according to that prepare a diversified investment plan using recommended products

Maintaining compliance to local / group / regulatory operational guidelines, overseeing effective corrective / preventive actions against internal control / audit reports on all channels

Review, Monitor and Analyze sales performance and competitor activities

Ensure compliance to Branch Audit checklist & KYC/AML/RBI guidelines at all times

Protect and promote the brand value of the organization
