Coordinate with all concerned for inspection by Clients representative and Third Party Inspections (TPI) personnel. (Prepare technical standards; implement quality control, handling product inspections.)
Participate in audits by customers for new customer development process.
Lead internal QA & C teams/task forces.
Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
Conduct effective performance evaluation and mentor those with less experience.
Help team execute career development plans.
Review team Performance Review Development Plans on a quarterly and yearly basis.
Encourage juniors to take responsibility for their development within the company.
Review the status reports of team members and address issues as appropriate.
Comply with and help to enforce Companys standard policies and procedures.
