The head of product will be the vision bearer for the organization.
- Drive strategic innovation to generate new product ideas, research/ analyze them for feasibility and business impact, and lead implementation of those ideas
- Design and develop web, mobile and app products for the company based on strategic priorities, industry experience, customer feedback, and analytic
- Strategic planning to implementation by working with cross-functional teams that include Marketing, Merchandising, Technology, Customer Service and Finance
- Gather insights from across teams within the Org and conduct external research and usability studies to understand how customers are interacting with the product and develop enhancements based on the results/analysis - Continuously improve existing products and features to drive higher conversion or engagement

10 yrs+ experience in Internet-related Product Management preferably with consumer-facing, eCommerce site(s), content portals or social media sites.
The right mix of experience in Marketing, Technology and/or Product Development could be appropriate as well
Passion and understanding of exemplary user experience in e-commerce/ m-commerce. Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and changes is a must
Post Graduate from Top Tier Institutes is a must.
