Job Description

Work across lines of business and customers to influence right outcomes; collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in and other experts to catalyze product Development.

Conceptualize new products or functionality

Key contributor to technology and product strategy initiatives

Understand overall business context to analyze the business processes to develop technical solutions to support the business strategy

Ability to clearly articulate and present value proposition to customers and other external audiences, ranging from the executive level to managers, architects, and developers.

Establish robust product development, operations standards and architecture guidelines

Understand future directions and the impact they will have on the product, product family and across families.

Design and/or review user interface components through detailed analysis of the business processes

Overall responsibility for all tasks in the development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, and testing.

Provides technical leadership to entire engineering teams

Interfaces with management to provide metrics, quality assurance, and performs peer review on all aspects of the software development lifecycle including code reviews and evaluation of interfaces to/from various applications and/or databases.

Education:

(UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience), MBA is preferred

Minimum 12 years work experience in building / engineering successful enterprise products .

Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Enterprise software such as Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft and SAP

Proven technical leadership.

Ability to build, mentor and coach a high performance product teams.
