Support the Sales team by anchoring the pre-sales processes, achieving efficiency and effectiveness at the customer acquisition stage to create a competitive-edge for the company

  • Drive newproposal-creation effectiveness initiatives

  • Drive new sales-operations effectiveness initiatives

  • Final calls on proposal creation -- influencing Delivery and Product teams on effort estimation and product-related responses

  • Creating SLAs with Sales, Delivery and Products

  • Initiating decisions on prioritization in case of pre-sales opportunities [demonstrations, proposal-effort]

  • Budgeting for pre-sales resources

  • Allocation/reallocation of pre-sales resources

The person needs to have good international exposure with domain knowledge in BFSI
