Job Description

Role:

Will be responsible for validation of each enrolment of responder on the Client's platform
Understand and develop strategies and activities to validate and monitor the performance of each Responder
Develop deep partnerships and relationships with cross-functional teams like Global Responder team, Finance, Marketing and Technical Development to drive Responder Enrolment and App downloads
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Create operational dashboards and conduct business driver analysis on regular basis.

Highly analytical - demonstrated experience tracking core business metrics and making or recommending decisions based on those metrics.
Excellent communications - able to take complex information and succinctly and
effectively communicate both in verbal and written formats.
Organized - able to keep multiple balls in the air and to deconstruct complex activities into their component parts, track those parts, and manage the activities to
completion
Strong Business Sense -an excellent understanding of costs and benefits and an ability to use that understanding to prioritize activities. Understanding of web monetization is a very strong plus.
Team Player - a sincere willingness to place the team above yourself. Able to work cross-functionally, build partnerships and share knowledge.
