What do we expect from this person

Build a stronger master brand

  1. Use in-depth consumer & strategy understanding to identify gaps in current offering 
  2. Understand current brand architecture & identify possibilities towards a stronger global future 
  3. Refine segmentation approaches & position the appropriate product among relevant audiences 
  4. Work with multiple stakeholders to design, develop & deliver a step jump in brand offering 
Deliver & grow business
  1. Deliver increase in consumer preference, adoption & engagement with the platform.
  2. Deliver profitable value growth for the business while scoping for potential opportunities in adjacent spaces
  3. Establish marketing goals to ensure market share and profitability of products and services.
  4. Develop and execute marketing plans and programs based on operating budgets.
What would this person look like
  1. Someone who loves solving brand problems & is creative about it 
  2. Would have an MBA & over 12 years of work experience in marketing and/or product management
  3. Would be from a consumer company or a consultancy & is able to live & breathe brands
  4. Must have command over Strategy creation & execution processes
  5. Would have proven Brand building skills &very strong analytical skills.
  6. Preferably a familiarity with the internet in general and consumer portals in particular.
  7. Would possess strong leadership & mentoring skills, and can manage stakeholders

1. Some experience with a consumer internet company
2. Someone based in Mumbai
